
Fast Toasted Ravioli (T-Ravs)
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp water
- Non-stick spray or 2 tbsp oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Steps
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) or oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs with water.
- Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray ravioli with non-stick spray or brush with oil.
- Air fry 6–8 minutes (or bake 12–15 minutes) until golden and crisp, flipping once halfway.
- Warm marinara sauce in the microwave or on the stove.
- Serve hot with marinara for dipping.
