Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Sprinkle half the mozzarella evenly over the dough, leaving a border.
  4. Layer pepperoni and ham over the cheese, then add remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Season with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch seams and ends to seal.
  7. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush the top lightly with olive oil.
  8. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Remove from oven and spread marinara sauce over the top.
  10. Slice and serve warm.
