French Omelette

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.13 tsp salt
  • 0.13 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (optional)

Steps

  1. Crack eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth.
  2. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Pour in eggs and stir gently with a spatula while shaking the pan.
  4. When softly set, fold the omelette in thirds.
  5. Slide onto a plate and top with herbs if using.

Substitutions

  • Its an omelette, add whatever you want.
