
Ham & Cheese Breakfast Muffin Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 english muffin, split
- 1 egg
- 1 slice ham or Canadian Bacon
- 1 slice cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp butter
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Steps
- Toast the English muffin.
- Heat butter in a small skillet over medium heat.
- Crack in the egg, season with salt and pepper, and cook to preference.
- Warm the ham in the pan for 30 seconds.
- Place cheese on the bottom muffin half, then egg and ham.
- Top with the other half and serve warm.
