
Ambrosia Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cup mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 0.5 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, marshmallows, coconut, and cherries.
- Fold in sour cream or Greek yogurt until everything is coated.
- Add chocolate chips or nuts if using and stir gently.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving so the flavors meld.
- Serve cold.
